Went into Barad Gularan. Attending were Rendalas, Tinuelle, Bigen, Halcos, Nasraen, and Reliant.
Good fun! BG is a tough but fun instance. We defeated Forvengwath, that's an easy fight really. The rooms leading to the stairs on either side of Forven have multiple elite adds. Be very careful pulling, as they seem to be linked oddly. Also, the pats have WIDE patrol ranges, so be ready for adds if you haven't kept on eye on how/where they move. Best bet is to pull from a safe distance back to an area that you know you've fully cleared.
We finally were defeated at Castellan Wisdan. He's a total jerk: he calls add after add, LOTS of adds. I think the best strat will be to focus fire ALL dps on the boss, then clean adds. The boss has only 28k morale, and seemed relatively squishy. The adds are all heavily armored with about 9k morale, by the time you drop one you'll have another (or 2).
Will try this boss again soon.

Clean run through CD lat night, up to Helchgam. Tinuelle, Bigen, Rendalas, Ballador, and Glorindor came. Defeated Helchgam first try with no deaths. Easiest (albeit slowest) way to kill Helchgam is to work pillar to pillar, killing all the tentacles. Ignore the pillars he pulls down to himself until the LAST one. Once the last one falls, run out onto it and kill Helchgam. Not the most exciting way to do it, but it's definitely the safest. Also learned that Helchgame occasionally drops Auger. I'd never seen this one before. Ballador won the roll for it (well, he was also the only one that rolled, since he was the only one in the group that would have used it. ).

Forvengwath is a mini-boss in Barad Gularan. He's easy to get to, easy to defeat, and easy to re-set. He is, therefore, also rather easy to farm. Forvengwath drops two great teal weapons. They are Bane of Forvengwath (not linkable for some reason...) and Forvengwath's DespairThese are great items for a hunter or lore-master. Here's how you get them: You need a group: 5 will do, but you need a minstrel. Travel to the fortress of Barad Gularan. The gate you need to go through is on the South side of the fortress. You will pass drakes getting to it, but the way you know you're at the right one is that there are 3 gertheryg immediately to the right of the door. They can easily be avoided by staying against the left wall approaching the gate. Enter, and you'll fight 3 spirits. After defeating them, a gate opens ahead. You'll see Forvngwath standing at the end of a large room, over some grates that lay over hot lava. Kill the adds on the left and right side of the lava area before aggroing Forvengwath. Then, when this is done, go to the middle of the lava area, the fellowship should stand on the strip of brick in the middle, which avoide the fire damage from walking over the grates. The tank goes forward and pulls Forvengwath, brings him to the group. Some adds spawn, kill them and the boss. To re-set, leave BG through the door you came in. You must disband fellowship, then re-form. This will re-set the instance. Go back in, rinse repeat until you get the drops you need. This is an easy kill, and each kill can be done in about 20-25 minutes. The bow and staff do NOT drop every time, in all likelyhood you'll need to kill him several times to get what you want.

Full clear of Urugarth last night. No wipes, but 1 close call. Remember to keep in mind that when coming down the promenade towards Athpukh, the goblin leader between the two archways must be mezzed and fought last. Otherwise, he runs up and down the promenade rousing numerous elite orcs.
Another note: the positions of the hornblowers have changed since last run.
On Lagmas, the best strategy seems to be having the minstrel run in on Lagmas with the MT under a preventative shield wall. Keep the shield wall up preventatively until the aggro on Lagmas and the birds are controlled.
Run included: Rendalas, Morrowin, Ixodor, Bronnan, Handiril, and Dragred (Vicarious Universe kin).

After a very, very long and difficult battle, myself, Melerien, Malorthir, Tinuelle, Bigen and Benaiah defeated Mordrith, the final boss in Carn Dum. It was pretty exciting.

Psalm 31: 23-24"Oh love the Lord, all you His saints! For the Lord preserves the faithful, and fully repays the proud person. Be of good courage, and He shall strengthen your heart, all you who hope in the Lord."
A new pastor was visiting the homes of his parishioners.
At one house it seemed obvious that someone was at home, but no answer came to his repeated knocks at the door. Therefore, he took out a card and wrote "Revelation 3:20" on the back of it and stuck it in the door.
When the offering was processed the following Sunday, he found that his card had been returned. Added to it was this cryptic message, Genesis 3:10."
Reaching for his Bible to check out the citation, he broke up in gales of laughter.
Revelation 3:20 begins "Behold, I stand at the door and knock." Genesis 3:10 reads, "I heard your voice in the garden and I was afraid, for I was naked."
